Start your day with a smile knowing you are about to step outside and notice the changes that we are dealing with..wear your mask inside a facility..if you are feeling stress high anxiety just breath relax..this too shall pass..what happens let it be..somethings we have no control..just do your daily routine..eat a good dinner..tea helps calm the nerves.this is hard challenges..it is okay to seek help.you can only do so much...never stop praying God is with you🙏
